Who we are

CinemaHalls.in is published by Apexlayer Technologies Private Limited (CIN U58201HR2025PTC135312), WeWork India, DLF Forum, DLF Cyber City Phase III, Sector 24, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India. By using the site you agree to these terms.

What the site is, and is not

CinemaHalls.in is an independent map and directory of cinemas in India. It is not BookMyShow, District, PVR INOX, Cinépolis or any cinema, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. We do not sell tickets or handle bookings. Links to booking sites take you to those sites, whose terms apply to anything you buy there.

Data packs

We sell the data behind the site as downloadable data packs (Excel and CSV). Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or UPI details. Each pack is delivered the moment the payment goes through, with a GST tax invoice from Apexlayer Technologies. What you may do with a pack is set out in the data licence, and when we refund in the refund policy. Prices are shown with GST added on top, and the checkout shows the total before you pay.

Accuracy

The information comes from public listings and open map data at the dates shown on each page. Cinemas open, close, move and change what they offer, so we cannot promise that any detail is current or complete. Check with the cinema or its booking page before you travel. Screen and seat counts are floors, as each page explains.

Using the site and its content

You may use the site for your own purposes and link to any page. Please do not scrape it at a rate that burdens the service, copy it wholesale into another product, or present it as your own. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) and Protomaps; those licences apply to the map data they cover.

Reports and corrections

If you send a report, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that it contains nothing unlawful. We may use the facts you report to correct the map. Anyone who believes a listing is wrong or harmful can ask for it to be corrected or removed at corrections@cinemahalls.in.

Liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Apexlayer Technologies is not liable for any loss from using it or from relying on its information, including a wasted journey to a cinema that has closed or changed its shows.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
